Returns Policy

Please contact for a copy of the returns/exchange form.

 Beautiful Struggle Clothing will provide an exchange or refund, in accordance with the following conditions:

  • All items must be returned within 14 days from the date you receive the parcel

  • Proof of purchase and a return form is included with the item

  • All tags are still attached to the item/s on the front of the garment. 

  • The item has not been worn, altered, washed and/or dry cleaned

  • The item is in perfect condition, and is not dirty nor has it been damaged while in the customer’s possession

  • Sale items are non-refundable - an exchange/credit note will be offered (in the form of a personalised online code)

    • Credit notes cannot be redeemed/exchanged for cash

    • They are only valid online with 6 months validity and cannot be extended/refunded/re-issued


  • Exchanges will only be granted for the same product in a different colour or size, provided the item is in stock. If the item is unavailable a credit note will be granted.

  • Beautiful Struggle Clothing will not cover the shipping costs on any orders placed using a credit note.

  • Please allow 5 business days for your exchange or credit note to be processed.

Please note: Returns/Exchanges/Credit Notes will only be granted once per order. Any order placed with a credit note cannot be further exchanged, refunded, issued with another credit note. Please choose carefully.


Customers are required to pay return postage. Beautiful Struggle Clothing is not liable for any loss, damage or delay arising from, or in connection with, the transport and return of the goods to Beautiful Struggle Clothing. In the case of a missing package, if the package was not sent tracked a return will not be offered.
