What if my size is sold out?


If you are after a size that is unavailable on our website, please head to our Contact Us page and fill out the enquiry form stating what style/colour/size you were after and our customer service team will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.




What size do I Order?


If you need help with sizing, please refer to the size chart in the pictures of that product.




I have contacted you but have not received a reply...


We try to reply to all emails within 2 business days, however during peak times this may be longer. We will endeavour to get back to you at our earliest convenience.




What does Made To Order mean?


Once your order has been placed, we will begin the procees to finalise your items. We do not have stock on hand immediately. Please allow 5-10 business days for us to make your order before shipping.

What are your delivery prices and time frames?


Within Australia: Standard Shipping - $9.00 (4-7 business days) / FREE when you spend over $150 Express Shipping - $15.00 (1-4 business days)
New Zealand: Standard International Shipping - $29.95 (7-10 business days) Rest of the world: Standard International Shipping - $29.95 (7-21 business days) For more information, head to our Shipping page.




When will I receive my order?


We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 10am AEST (Monday-Friday) on the same business day. Please note: During peak trading times/ sale periods, please allow extra time for dispatch. The following delivery times are a guide only. I haven't receive my order yet. What can I do?


Beautiful Struggle Clothing endeavour to get your order to you soon as possible. Unfortunately from time to time, our couriers experience delays and this is out of our control. If your order still has not arrived and it is outside of the estimated delivery time frames, please send an email to our helpful customer service team at info@beautifulstruggle.shop stating your name and order number and we will do our best to resolve the situation.




Do you ship internationally?


Yes! Our international shipping rate is $29.95.




Do you ship to PO box addresses or parcel lockers?


No. Home or business addresses only.





Orders

Can I amend or cancel my order?


If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will amend your order provided it has not been dispatched.




I have received an incorrect, missing or faulty item, how do I report this?


Sorry for this! Please contact us and we will amend this issue for you.




I need my order ASAP, what can I do?


If you need your order urgently, order prior to 10am for same day dispatch and select express shipping at the checkout. Express shipping takes 1-4 business days. We do not offer same day delivery.





Returns

What is your returns policy?


You can view our full return policy here.




Can I return a sale or promotional item for a full refund?


Sale items are only eligible for an exchange or credit note. Exchanges will only be granted for the same product in a different colour or size. Postage costs will not be reimbursed.




Have you received my return?


Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for your return to be processed. If you are exchanging a garment allow an extra 4-7 business days to receive your exchanged garment.




How do I return from overseas?


To return a garment from overseas, simply follow the normal return procedure which can be found on our returns policy. International orders may be returned within 20 days of receiving your order.




When will I get my refund?


Refunds may take up to five business days to be refunded into your account. If it has been longer than five business days and you have still not received your refund, please contact your bank.





Payments

Credit notes


To use a credit note, simply enter your personalised code into in the discount box at the checkout, click apply and it will remove that amount from the total. Credit notes are only valid for 6 months after issue date.




How do I use a discount code and can I use multiple in one transaction?


To use a discount code, simply enter the code into the discount box at the checkout. Only one discount code is allowed per order.




My discount code isn't working


The most common reasons a discount code is not working is; the code is spelt incorrectly (discount codes are case sensitive), the product you have selected is not valid for the promotion, you have already used the code or the code is expired.
